Orders are shipped through Leopards. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier according to its operating schedule and service availability in your area.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in a delayed or unsuccessful delivery. The courier may contact you before attempting delivery.

4. Tracking and delivery updates

Where tracking is available, the relevant details may be shared after dispatch. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and can sometimes take time to appear in its system.

5. Delayed or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your name and order number. We will help you check the shipment status with the courier.
